Kai serves as Estate Planning Specialist at Orgel Wealth Management, contributing to estate planning efforts and collaborating with clients and their legal teams to facilitate comprehensive, timely, and cost-efficient estate planning and business succession planning solutions. Prior to joining Orgel Wealth Management in 2026, Kai practiced law for over 9 years, focusing on trust and estates disputes and intellectual property litigation. 

Kai earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and Spanish from Winona State University. Kai also holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he graduated cum laude.
