Prior to joining Orgel Wealth Management in 2026, Maria practiced law for over 18 years, focusing on employment law, civil rights, and conflict resolution.

Maria earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Maria also holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
