Troy serves as Chief Integration Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Orgel Wealth Management. He manages the firm’s compliance program and custodian relationships and oversees advancement of the firm’s strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Orgel Wealth Management in 2014, Troy spent 13 years in a leadership position at a large financial advisory firm, followed by two years at Junxure, a global leader in client relationship management solutions for the wealth management industry.
Having over two decades of demonstrated experience in operational and strategic planning, Troy shares his knowledge and experience through one-on-one mentoring, study groups, and speaking at various industry conferences.
